How to Clean Fruit Juice Spills from Grout

Spills happen. Unfortunately, many drinks that spill are colors that can easily stain floors and grout. Grape juice. Fruit punch. Kool-Aid. Orange juice. Juice can be easy to wipe off tiles, but the juice can be hard to clean off grout because the liquid quickly absorbs into the grout lines.

Since grout is porous and usually light-colored, it will easily absorb the brightly-colored juice and become discolored. With the right grout cleaning and sealing products, you can clean up the juice and it will look like the spill never happened. Remember, you want to juice spills immediately, so the stain is easier to clean up.

Now, if the juice stain still won’t fully disappear, you can make the grout color look like new again with Grout Shield’s color sealer. You just squeeze the sealer into the grout lines.
